Baymax has returned to his meet and greet location in San Fransokyo Square in Disney California Adventure. This comes after the Big Hero 6 character had been missing from the location for several weeks. In his absence, Hiro was still meeting with guests. His return was a welcome one for guests visiting the Disneyland Resort.
Baymax and Hiro began meeting with guests at Disney California Adventure last August when San Fransokyo Square opened. They immediately became a hit with guests who were more than happy to wait for the opportunity to meet with the duo.
San Fransokyo Square officially opened on August 31, 2023. It takes inspiration from Walt Disney Animation Studios’ Big Hero 6. During Halloween, the supervillain named Yokai was found in San Fransokyo Square during the Oogie Boogie Bash hard-ticketed event. Along with the character meet and greet locations, there is also dining, shops, and the Bakery Tour.
