As the rain comes down around Southern California, Knott’s Berry Farm has announced that it will be closing its gates early today. The park will be closing at 4:00 this afternoon. The news was shared by Knott’s Berry Farm on social media with the following post:
Due to inclement weather, Knott’s Berry Farm will be closing at 4:00pm today, Monday, February 19. Admission tickets purchased for today will be valid until April 28, 2024.
Select California Marketplace locations will remain open until 7:00pm.
This closure continues a trend of early park closures this winter as rain has caused the park to both close early and also not open due to the weather. It also comes as Knott’s Berry Farm continues its Knott’s Peanuts Celebration. This celebration of Charlie Brown and his friends is focused on Franklin this year and continues through February 25, 2024.
Daps Magic will continue to monitor the weather and Knott’s Berry Farm for any future closures of one kind or another. With rain predicted for this week, it is very possible that Knott’s Berry Farm could close early or simply not close during one of the rainy days.
