The Sketch Pad Café is officially open now at Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel. At the soon-to-be Pixar Place Hotel on January 30th, this is one more new location that brings the stories and characters of Pixar to this location. The location is described as a Pixar-themed, quick-service restaurant. The decor includes sketches that track the development of Pixar characters. It is found in the lobby for easy access as one comes and goes from the hotel.
This is a solid new destination for grabbing and going on the way to the parks for guests of the hotel. It boasts of its delicious breakfast pastry offerings that include croissants, bagels, muffins, and breads that come from Röckenwagner Bakery. There are also a variety of sweets that are offered at this location including Dark Chocolate Chip Cookies and a Salted Caramel Brownie. Along with all of that, there are fine coffees, espressos, teas, and juices to help kick start the day!
For those that are looking for a hot breakfast option, The Sketch Pad Café also has some of these. This includes the Mini Frittata (either with or without meat), Avocado Toast, or even a Pizza Bagel. There is also a Grab a Balance Box for those who want to take something with them for now or later. This includes roasted garlic hummus, pita bread, veggies and a hard-boiled egg. The Adult Snackable also is available with meat, cheese and crackers.
Along with all of the aforementioned offerings, there are also options that include Coconut Chia Yogurt Parfait, Overnight Oats, a Fresh Fruit Cup, a variety of packaged sandwiches and salads, fresh fruit, string cheese, yogurt cups, packaged snacks, and more that are available throughout the day.
