Earlier this week, Disney announced that Earl of Sandwich will be returning to the west end of the Downtown Disney District. We know the pop-up location will open this Winter with a menu of the popular sandwiches from this quick-service restaurant!
While there is currently a location closer to the Esplanade, it has been announced that space will be used for the future expansion of the Downtown Disney District. Earl of Sandwich has been a staple of Downtown Disney since it originally opened on the West End. With the pop-up heading back to the west end this year, it will mark the fourth opening for Earl of Sandwich at the Disneyland Resort.
While the current iteration of Earl of Sandwich also acts as a sit-down restaurant that serves meals and alcohol, it does not seem that will continue for the next pop-up. Disney has announced that more details are coming so be sure to watch here for all the news as it happens!
