After issues with the ticket sales of Oogie Boogie Bash for the general public that led to the suspension of sales, Disney has announced the next step for those who want to attend this Halloween party at the Disneyland Resort. Ticket sales will reopen on July 11, 2023, no earlier than 9:00 AM PT. The following announcement was posted on the Oogie Boogie Bash webpage on the Disneyland website:
As part of our commitment to share an update on Oogie Boogie Bash – A Disney Halloween Party ticket sales, we want you to know that new sales will resume on July 11 no earlier than 9:00 AM, Pacific Time. We sincerely apologize for the technical issues we experienced last week that may have impacted your ability to purchase tickets.
The new sales date for the Oogie Boogie Bash tickets comes after the prior release date for the public last week had issues leading to the halting of sales. Before that, Magic Key holders were able to purchase tickets to the event on June 27th. Other than having the usual wait times to purchase tickets, there were no issues for Magic Key holders.
The Oogie Boogie Bash is one of the hottest tickets in town. This Halloween party is full of Disney characters (mostly villains), entertainment, food, treat trails, and a whole lot of spooky Disney magic. Last year, some of the highlights were the arrival of Ernesto de la Cruz from Disney and Pixar’s Coco, Madam Mim and Merlin from The Sword in the Stone, and also the Sanderson Sisters as played by Minnie, Daisy, and Clarabelle.
It is expected that tickets to the Oogie Boogie Bash will sell out quickly. If you want to attend this Disney Halloween party, do not delay in getting tickets.
