The first Storyliving by Disney community continues to come to life in Rancho Mirage. As it does, more details are being released by Disney about what Cotino – A Storyliving Community will look like and what it will offer. The newest update includes details about some of the amenities that will be offered (hint: they are ‘Incredible!’) for those that choose to upgrade with Artisan Club membership.
Artisan Club
The Artisan Club is completely optional but will be available for individuals to purchase. It will unlock amenities that are full of Disney and Pixar touches. One of the highlights of this will be a gathering space that is inspired by an “incredible” place in Incredibles 2. This is just part of a club that will offer a wide range of things to do.
Parr House
The Parr House will be found along the shoreline of the grand oasis. This location is inspired by the midcentury home of the famous families of superheroes in Disney and Pixar’s Incredibles 2.
The following description was shared about the Parr House:
Parr House is being brought to life by Walt Disney Imagineering as a “super” fun place for special events, celebrations and limited overnight accommodations for Artisan Club members, all subject to availability. This space will immerse club members and their guests in an environment featuring iconic decor, curated art and rich colors from the film. Along Parr House’s exterior, an elevated patio will present spectacular views of the grand oasis and the surrounding mountains. Talk about “super,” am I right?
Clubhouse
Along with the Parr House, Artisan Club members will also have access to a clubhouse that will also receive the magical Disney touch. This clubhouse complex includes spaces for dining, wellness, art, recreation, and entertainment. The amenities are all being inspired by Disney Imagineers with the goal of fostering community connections while also encouraging the pursuit of individual passions.
Private and Public Beach Access
The voluntary club membership will also provide access to the waterfront clubhouse. This includes a club-only beach area, recreational water activities, and also Disney entertainment and magical events. Apart from the private clubhouse, there will also be a beach park that will be accessible to the public with the purchase of a day pass.
