A first look has been released by the BBC of the 15th Doctor and his companion for the upcoming season of Doctor Who. In a post on social media, two photos were shared for the upcoming season. This includes one photo of Ncuti Gatwa as The Doctor and another one that also includes his new companion Ruby Sunday, portrayed by Millie Gibson.
Along with the publicity photos released by BBC, there was also a video released that was filmed by the new duo. In it, they share their new stylish outfits and Gatwa also shows off the rings the 15th Doctor will be wearing.
The next season of Doctor Who is set to arrive on BBC in the UK and Disney+ elsewhere in November 2023. Before Gatwa and Gibson take over, however, David Tenant will be returning to The Tardis as The Doctor with companion Donna Noble, who is played by Catherine Tate. They will be a part of a big 60th-anniversary celebration with three specials before passing the Tardis to the next Doctor.
