September 29, Knott’s Berry Farm kicked off the family fun event! Knott’s Spooky Farm runs Thursdays through Sundays through October 31. This gives families a chance to experience all Knott’s Berry Farm has to offer during the Halloween season, with none of the scares!
Treats
One of the best parts of Knott’s Spooky Farm is the treats! When you enter, a team member will hand you a plastic bag for you to collect your candy. You’ll notice around the part, there are many Halloween-themed stands. This is where you can go “trick-or-treating” around the park!
It is so fun to see families around the park in costumes enjoying all their candy. For me, that is what the Halloween season is all about! Be sure to bring your sweet tooth if you’re coming with your little ones!
Entertainment
The entertainment at Knott’s Berry Farm is always absolutely incredible! This year, there are so many stage shows to enjoy as a family, as well as roaming entertainment around the streets of Ghost Town!
The streetmosphere is something you absolutely cannot miss! There are plenty of residents of Ghost Town that took the “Ghost” title seriously! You can find The Undertaker, The Train Conductor (cleverly named Ollie Board), and many more around the park. This is something that sets Knott’s Spooky Farm apart from other Halloween festivities. It will really bring you and your family into the story as you interact with them and see them around the park throughout the day!
When you’re looking for stage shows, you have lots to choose from! At Camp Snoopy, you can find the “Great Pumpkin Palooza” with Snoopy and his friends. At the Birdcage theater, you can find Bob Baker Marionette Theater Puppet Show, featuring some incredible puppets with very fun music to go along with it! In the Boardwalk area of the park, you can also find K-NOT Radio, bringing you the best spooky music with your favorite on-air talent!
Characters
The characters at Knott’s Berry Farm are also dressing up for the holiday! Around the park, you can meet Whittles, Knott’s very own gold miner! For the Halloween season, he has gained a few more spiderwebs but he is as happy to meet families as ever!
When you head to Camp Snoopy, The Peanuts gang is meeting guests frequently! They look as adorable as ever and are also joining in the evening Calico Costume Cavalcade! Gather up your family and head to the Calico Mine Stage and join the parade! This gives you an extra chance to catch the gang in their festive costumes and even join in the fun with them!
Overall, I am so grateful we got the chance to experience Knott’s Spooky Farm! I had a great time and I am looking forward to hearing about all the other guest’s experiences!
