Final Happiest Cruise on Earth Sails for 2022 on “it’s a small world” Ahead of Arrival of “it’s a small world” Holiday at Disneyland

Since 1966, fans visiting Disneyland have been able to voyage on “the happiest cruise that ever sailed” as they experienced the message of coming together as sung by children from around the world. The attraction initially debuted at the 1964 New York World’s Fair. The popularity of this attraction led it to be first moved to Disneyland and then replicated worldwide. In fact, it is said that the sun never goes down on it’s a small world. This iconic and beloved song will be heard somewhere in the world at any given time. Currently, versions of the attraction can be experienced at Disneyland in California, Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World Resort, Disneyland Paris, Tokyo Disneyland, and Hong Kong Disneyland.

On Sunday night the final voyage of it’s a small world was taken as the attraction ends this year’s run in its classic form. Over the next couple of weeks, it will be decorated for the holidays and then will reopen as it’s a small world Holiday on November 11th as part of this year’s holiday festivities at the Disneyland Resort. This is a tradition that continues at the Disneyland Resort since 1997.

On the final night of this year’s traditional it’s a small world sailings, Daps Magic team member Angela filmed this memorable attraction. The video can be seen below. Daps Magic will be on hand when it’s a small world Holiday opens on November 11, 2022.
