Holidays at the Disneyland Resort are always a magical time of year. One of the things that make them so magical is all of the different entertainment offerings that can be found in the Disneyland Resort’s two parks, Downtown Disney District, and hotels. This year will be no different. Today the Disneyland Resort announced many of the holiday entertainment offerings that will be found this holiday season. The holidays begin on November 11, 2022, and continue through January 8, 2023, at the Disneyland Resort.
At Disneyland, the holiday spirit will again take over the park as some beloved entertainment offerings return. A Christmas Fantasy Parade will return to the parade route for the holidays. On select nights, Believe…in Holiday Magic fireworks will be returning to light up the skies above Disneyland with holiday magic.
The Festival of Holidays is returning to Disney California Adventure. This year offers the chance for guests to experience the holidays in several different ways with celebrations of Christmas, Navidad, Hanukkah, Diwali, Kwanzaa, and Three Kings Day. This also is a time when some incredible entertainment is offered at Disney California Adventure to help with these celebrations. There will be new offerings like Tine and The Sounds of Celebration! which will offer some powerhouse vocals that perform salsa, merengue, cumbia, and rock Latino! Some annual favorites will be returning as well like Phat Cat Swinger, the West Coast’s little big band!
This year’s entertainment lineup for the Festival of Holidays includes:

- Tina and The Sounds of Celebration! (New)
- Mariachi Divas
- Mostly Kosher
- Blue13 Dance Company
- The Mistletoes
- Disney ¡Viva Navidad! Street Party
Mickey’s Happy Holidays and also the Toy Drummers will be returning to Disney California Adventure as well. World of Color – Season of Light will add extra magic to the night on Paradise Bay as well.
For Believe…in Holiday Magic and also World of Color – Season of Light, Disneyland Resort guests will be able to have a unique experience when they wear their MagicBand+. MagicBand+ will add to the shows with vibrations and lights that are appropriate to different parts of the nighttime spectaculars.
Santa Claus will also be returning to the Disneyland Resort. He will be found visiting guests at several locations throughout the Disneyland Resort. This includes Critter Country at Disneyland, Redwood Creek Challenge Trail at Disney California Adventure, and also the Hotels at the Disneyland Resort. Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, and friends will also be debuting new holiday outfits on Main Street, USA.
