Walt Disney World Reveals Lineup of EPCOT’s Candlelight Processional Narrators

An annual tradition is returning again this year to EPCOT. The Candlelight Processional’s history dates back to the days of Walt Disney at Disneyland. This tradition began at Walt Disney World in 1971. At EPCOT, the tradition includes celebrity narrators, the Voices of Liberty acapella ensemble, a 50-piece live orchestra, and glorious massed choirs coming together to share the Christmas story. The massed choir at the EPCOT Candlelight Processional will be comprised of choirs from throughout Florida and also the cast member choir. The return of the Candlelight Processional will be a part of this year’s EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays presented by AdventHealth starting on November 25, 2022.

Each year this tradition continues at the American Pavilion in EPCOT at Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland in Town Square on Main Street, the USA at Disneyland Resort. One of the big questions each year revolves around who will be the narrators. Now, a good portion of this question has been answered. Walt Disney World has revealed its lineup of narrators who are confirmed to help share the Christmas story at EPCOT this year in the Candlelight Processional. • 12/13 – 12/14: Gloria Estefan (NEW)
• 12/15 – 12/18: Neil Patrick Harris
• 12/19 – 12/20: Mariska Hargitay (NEW)
• 12/21 – 12/23: Cal Ripken Jr.
• 12/24 – 12/26: Marie Osmond
• 12/27 – 12/28: Courtney Vance
• 12/29 – 12/30: Angela Bassett
