Military Discount Available to Veterans, Service Members, and Families for Disney+

Disney+ has announced a military discount for Disney’s streaming service. With the discount, U.S. service members, military families, honorably discharged veterans, and also authorized Amry & Air Force Exchange Service shoppers will be eligible for a 25% discount on annual subscriptions*. They can do this by signing up on ShopMyExchange.com. This discount is available for both new and also returning customers.

“We are very proud to team up with The Exchange to deliver Disney’s storytelling to our brave service men and women worldwide,” said Michael Paull, President of Disney Streaming. “It is our privilege to thank our military members, veterans, and their families for their service with this exclusive offer.”

The offer is part of Disney’s continued efforts to support the U.S. military, their families, and also veterans. This initiative is called Heroes Work Here. Through this, Disney has hired over 11,000 veterans since 2012. Disney’s Veterans Institute has also helped hundreds of companies throughout the United States establish veteran-hiring programs of their own. More details about this initiative can be found at https://impact.disney.com/

To be able to access the military discount, prospective subscribers must have an account with ShopMyExchange.com and also be 18 years of age or older. This military-exclusive offer is also limited to one discount per ShopMyExchange.com account holder. After the first 12 months, subscribers will continue to receive a 25% discount off of the “then-current renewal price for each 12-month renewal of Disney+” Disney explained.

ShopMyExchange.com is the Department of Defense’s largest retailer both domestically and abroad in over 80 countries and territories.

*Customers located in Germany will receive 25% off monthly subscriptions.

**Updated: This discount is available for new and returning subscribers, not existing subscribers**
