A new animated series from the world of the Guardians of the Galaxy will soon be on Disney+. Marvel Studios has announced that I Am Groot, a series of original shorts will be arriving on Disney+ on August 10, 2022. The series focuses on Baby Groot with Vin Diesel reprising his role as his voice.
Other than the poster that was revealed by Marvel Studios in the announcement the release date, not a lot is known about this series. The following description was shared by Marvel Studios:
The series of original shorts —following Baby Groot’s glory days growing up, and getting into trouble among the stars — premieres on August 10 exclusively on Disney+. Take a look at the brand new poster for the series above, featuring a very relaxed little Baby Groot just chilling out with his favorite tunes.
