Disney Reveals Detailed Look at New Main Street Electrical Parade Grand Finale Float

Today Disney released a look at the new grand finale of the Main Street Electrical Parade. Designed by Ashley Taylor, this new float is inspired by “it’s a small world” in the style of Mary Blair. Both images and a video show a closer look at this new grand finale.

The photos show how much inspiration was taken from “it’s a small world” and also the characters that will be appearing in the new finale. It also shows the scale of the new float as it is seen in front of the attraction from which it drew its inspiration.

One photo, in particular, also gives a very nice look at the end of the float which is a mix between the castle and “it’s a small world.”

A video was also shared with show directors Jordan Peterson and Robin Trowbridge sharing about the parade.

The Main Street Electrical Parade returns to Disneyland on April 22nd for its limited run. It has not been announced how long the parade’s run will be this time around. Disneyland Forever fireworks spectacular and World of Color will also be returning to the Disneyland Resort on the same evening.
