Disneyland Resort to Host ESPN Super Bowl LVI Week Coverage

Guests visiting the Disneyland Resort between February 9, 2022, and Superbowl Sunday, February 13, 2022, could see some of ESPN’s Super Bowl LVI coverage. ESPN will be hosting live productions at Disney California Adventure throughout the week. Downtown Disney District will also be hosting a fan experience from Thursday, February 10, 2022, through Sunday, February 13, 2022.

At Disney California Adventure, ESPN will be hosting productions with segments for Postseason NFL Countdown, NFL Live, SportsCenter, and more. Guests who have both theme park tickets and also reservations for Disney California Adventure during these days may catch a glimpse of some ESPN shows and personalities in an area that will be set up in the viewing area of Paradise Bay.

ESPN and Disneyland Resort are teaming up for Super Bowl LVI, as multi-platform productions will originate from Disney California Adventure Park in Anaheim, Calif., beginning Wednesday, Feb. 9, through Super Bowl Sunday on Feb. 13. Disney released the following times for ESPN productions that will be happing in the week leading up to Super Bowl LVI:

  • Wednesday, Feb. 9, through Friday, Feb. 11, at select times from 12-6 p.m. PT
  • Saturday, Feb. 12, at select times from 12-2 p.m. PT, and approximately 6 p.m. PT
  • Sunday, Feb. 13 from 8-11 a.m. PT.

There will be many favorite ESPN personalities on site. this includes Hall of Famer Randy Moss, Super Bowl Champions Tedy Bruschi, Ryan Clark, Booger McFarland and others.

Over at Downtown Disney District, an outdoor fan experience will be available starting on February 10th. It will be offered daily through Sunday February 13th between 1:00 PM and 7:00 PM. It will include games, giveaways (while supplies last) and more that will be fun for guests of all ages.

For those unable to make it to the Disneyland Resort, there will be news, analysis and also commentary as the 2021-2022 NFL season reaches its peak.
