Disneyland and Walt Disney World Suspend Disney College Program Indefinitely

Disney Internships and Programs has made the difficult decision to suspend the Fall Programs of the Disney College Program at Disneyland and Walt Disney World.

Disney Programs tweeted out the information today and gave information on what those affected by the program’s suspension need to do to participate in an upcoming program.

The Disney College Program gives students the opportunity to work at Disneyland or Walt Disney World while gaining valuable, on the job experience at Disney Parks and Resorts, participate in college coursework, and have the opportunity to meet and live with people from all over the country in company-sponsored housing.

The unique five to seven-month program allows participants to network with leaders, take part in personal and career development classes, and build transferable skills such as problem-solving, teamwork, guest service, and effective communication.
