Walt Disney World has officially been sharing magic for 45 years! Part of the celebration of this monumental year includes enhancements to annual passes. Starting on October 2nd, annual passes that are purchased before January 3rd, 2017 will get 13 months of Disney magic instead of the traditional 12. That’s right, Walt Disney World Resort annual passes purchased during this time period will be good for an extra month. Prices will still vary for the different passes which include the Weekday Select, Silver, Gold, Platinum or Platinum Plus.
Annual passholders at Walt Disney World will also now receive new food and beverage discounts throughout the resort. They will receive 20 percent off the price of food and non-alcoholic beverages at 45 participating theme park and resort hotel restaurants. This offer will conclude on September 30, 2017. According to the Disney Parks Blog, this offer will include restaurants like “Jiko – The Cooking Place, or family dining restaurants such as Jungle Skipper Canteen, or quick service options like D-Luxe Burger.”
Select table-service restaurants will also receive a 10% discount for annual passholders during this same period.
The Walt Disney World Resort will now also offer a 20% discount to annual passholders at Disney owned-and-operated stores.
