Disneyland had two annual passes just for Southern California residents until they went down to just one in 2014. The SoCal Select Annual Passport has been on sale to new guests, but the SoCal Annual Passport was discontinued to new guests. Those that had the pass could renew it annually. OC Register broke the news that Disneyland has reinstated the SoCal Annual Pass to new guests. The cost of the pass is $459 and has blockout dates on Saturdays, holidays, and some Sundays throughout the year. Most of summer is also blocked out. The original OC Register article can be found here.
