Marvel’s ‘Captain America: Civil War’ Debuts New TV Spot & Shares Twitter Emojis

Captain America: Civil War - May 6, 2016

Sunday’s Big Game brought out a variety of memorable commercials. Even more so, audiences had the chance to see a little bit more of Marvel’s Captain America: Civil War.

Right before the big kick-off, Marvel’s latest TV spot showed the strong feud between Iron Man and Captain America. If you happened to miss the 30 second clip, have no fear as we have it right here for you.

When the government sets up a governing body to oversee the Avengers, the team splinters into two camps—one led by Steve Rogers and his desire for the Avengers to remain free to defend humanity without government interference, and the other following Tony Stark’s surprising decision to support government oversight and accountability.

In addition to the trailer, Marvel also shared details on their new Twitter campaign. Eleven character emojis have been added to various Captain America themed hashtags. To show your support of what team you’re on or even share your favorite character, the new emojis will add that extra pizzazz to your tweets. You can even create your own super team and add #TeamCapSweepstakes or #TeamIronManSweepstakes, to win a role in Avengers: Infinity War – Part I. Check out the hashtags and new emojis below.

Captain America: Civil War smashes into theaters on May 6, 2016.
