Have you recently checked out Flo’s V8 Cafe over in Cars Land? Disney Parks Blog has shared some exciting new details on new menu items. Let’s take a look at some of the changes.
First off we have the BBQ Pork Ribs which includes a house made Coca-Cola bbq sauce with side of mash potatoes and cole slaw.
Next is the Roast Beef and Cheddar Sandwich. This includes caramelized onions with horseradish aïoli all between a garlic chive bun. You can even try the Turkey Dip which is placed in a potato ginder roll with turkey au jus and provolone cheese.
Looking for a refreshing salad? How about the Citrus Turkey Salad? This salad has a variety of mixed greens including cherry tomatoes and lettuce. There are even some yummy yellow peppers and cucumbers all topped with a citrus dressing. Also for any vegetarians out there, a returning item on the menu is the Veggie Tater Bake. This is a great vegetarian take of a shepherd’s pie.
