Mickey Mouse - Fantasmic to be presented on One More Disney Day

Today on the Disney Parks Blog, more details were announced for the One More Disney Day at Disneyland. Already it was known that special Mickey ear hats will be given out to the first approximately 2,000 guests to enter Disneyland. For those who don’t care for early mornings, there will be a lot going on through the night as well.

Along the parade corridor at 10:00 PM, Mickey’s Soundsational Parade will be presented to help celebrate One More Disney Day.

In Tomorrowland, a DJ will be helping guests dance the night away from 8:30 PM – 4:00 AM at the Tomorrowland Terrace. Throughout the evening Darth Vader and his Storm Troopers will be available for meet n’ greets and photo opportunities.

The wildest land in the resort will be wide awake as Billy Hill and the Hillbillies perform in the Golden Horseshoe from 11:15 PM – 4:45 AM. The Country Bears will also be wandering around Frontierland meeting guests and taking pictures throughout the night.

Over on the Rivers of America, Fantasmic! will be lighting up the night at 1:00 AM.

Mickey Mouse and some of his gang will be in PJs at Carnation Plaza Gardens as well to meet people and take photos.

As with all character meet n’ greets, show some flexibility when you show up. These are living breathing characters and as with all living things…. situations can change. Remember, it’ll be late for them too!

While this gives a brief look at what is going on throughout the night, during the day there will be some of the regularly scheduled events, parades, and shows along with some special food and other surprises to celebrate February 29th.
