Beverly Hills-based Vuguru, the online new media studio funded by former Disney CEO Michael Eisner, said Friday afternoon that it has signed on a number of distributors for its "Prom Queen: Summer Heat" series. The spinoff of the firm's "Prom Queen" online series will be available on Bebo, MySpace, YouTube, Veoh, Verizon Wireless V CAST Video, Imeem, Revver, and Blinkx. Vuguru also said that it has signed a distribution deal with VideoEgg's online advertising program, and tied into Starstyle.com on an e-commerce project. Vuguru is a new media studio which is funded by Eisner's The Tornante Company.
