The Canada Pavilion is about to get a new place to eat! This summer, guests who visit EPCOT will be able to enjoy La Poutinerie Hosted by Air Canada at the Canada Pavilion. This will be found at the former home of Refreshment Port. Earlier this spring, concept art was revealed for this new eatery in Canada. Today, Disney Eats shared the opening date and the menu for this new venue.
Opening Date: July 1, 2026

- Québec: L’authentique: French fries, cheese curds, and brown gravy
- Spiced Apple Slushy: Frozen ginger beer blended with lively lime and cozy spiced apple flavors (Non-alcoholic)
- Montréal: Viande Fumée: French fries, cheese curds, smoked meat, pickles, and mustard gravy
- Unibroue La Fin du Monde Belgian-style Tripel Ale
- Molson Canadian Lager
- Domaine Ste. Michelle Sparkling Brut, Columbia Valley
- Jackson-Triggs Reserve Red Blend
