Disney Reveals New Veterans Day Merchandise Collection

Veterans Day is almost upon us. Disney has a long history of supporting veterans and their families, along with those who are actively serving in the U.S. Military. Leading up to this special day, Disney has revealed a first look at its Veterans Day merchandise collection. This can now be found in select stores at Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World Resort.

This year’s collection features Mickey Mouse and patriotic designs that are inspired by all of the branches of the U.S. Military. The collection includes a T-shirt, spirit jersey, mug, and baseball cap. There will also be a special commemorative pin that will be found at Walt Disney World Resort.

The collection came together thoughtfully with great care to make it a celebration of those who have served and the military families who stand next to them. This is a collection that can be worn in the parks, at home, or shared as a gift. They offer a meaningful way to recognize America’s veterans and active-duty service members.

The Veterans Day merchandise collection will be found only at select locations at Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World Resort. At Disneyland Resort, the collection will be found at:

  • Emporium in Disneyland
  • Elias & Co. in Disney California Adventure
  • World of Disney in the Downtown Disney District

At Walt Disney World Resort, the collection will be found at the following select stores:

  • Emporium at Magic Kingdom
  • Discovery Trading Company at Disney’s Animal Kingdom
  • Creations Shop at EPCOT
  • Mickey’s of Hollywood at Disney’s Hollywood Studios
  • World of Disney at Disney Springs

Throughout the month of November, there will be other ways that Disney honors and recognizes veterans. A highlight of the month will be the special patriotic flag retreats at both Disneyland and Magic Kingdom on November 11th for Veterans Day. Here is a look at a previous Veterans Day flag retreat at Disneyland:

The honor and recognition of those who serve is deeply ingrained in the DNA of The Walt Disney Company. Both of its founders, Walt and Roy O. Disney, both served during World War I. In the century that The Walt Disney Company has been bringing magic to the world, the dedication to those who serve or have served has never wavered.

The Veterans Day merchandise collection is just one way that Disney is recognizing veterans. Daps Magic will be covering other ways, including the patriotic flag retreat on Veterans Day throughout the month. Please join Disney and Daps Magic in thanking those who serve and their families for all of their sacrifice for the freedoms and ideals of the United States of America.
