On Sunday, August 9, 2026, the Celebrate Happy Cavalcade was presented for the final time. The final performance of this cavalcade for the Disneyland 70th Celebration came on the final day of this celebration. The cavalcade looked and felt the same as it did on most days during this milestone celebration. It included the theme song as sung by the Jonas Brothers. The biggest difference? By the end of the cavalcade, a host of people with cameras and phones could be seen following it to capture its final moments. Some followed the cavalcade for the entire parade route.

Daps Magic took up station near it’s a small world to document the final moments of the Celebrate Happy Cavalcade. This began at 2:45 PM and then made it up to the north side of the park around 15 minutes later. The energy was happy as performers made magic in this cavalcade for one last time. This all seemed quite appropriate after a celebration centered around the word “happy” at The Happiest Place on Earth. Below is a video of the final cavalcade, along with photos as well.

While the Disneyland 70th Celebration may have ended its run, Wondrous Journeys and Paint the Night parade will continue to be presented through August 20th. Below is a look at all of the videos Daps Magic took covering the 70th celebration:

Moving forward, the Disneyland Resort will be hosting D23 Day and Disney Jr. Let’s Play! Party on Thursday, August 13, 2026. This will be followed by D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event.
