Season 4 Trailer and Release Date Released for ‘Star Trek: Strange New Worlds’

There was some exciting new Star Trek news revealed this weekend. On Saturday, a teaser trailer and release date were both released for the fourth season of Star Trek: Strange New Worlds. This will be the second-to-last season for the series. It was revealed that the season will be arriving on July 23, 2026. The news and teaser were revealed at CCXP Mexico.

The fourth season of Star Trek: Strange New Worlds will include 10 episodes. They will be released on Thursdays, as has been the trend recently with Star Trek. The announcement was made by cast members Rebecca Romijn, Ethan Peck, Celia Rose Gooding, and Paul Wesley. Star Trek: Strange New Worlds is led by Anson Mount, who plays Captain Christopher Pike, along with Jess Bush, Christina Chong, Melissa Navia, Babs Olusanmokun, Martin Quinn, and Carol Kane.

In the teaser, La’An Noonien-Singh tells Uhura, Any of these missions could be our last.” The trailer wraps up with the future Captain James T. Kirk saying, “Let’s boldly go.” Watch the teaser here:

Star Trek: Strange New Worlds wrapped production on its fifth and final season last year. The final season will introduce fans to the last two remaining legacy characters, Dr. Leonard “Bones” McCoy and Hikaru Sulu. McCoy will be portrayed by Thomas Jane, and Sulu by Kai Murakami. The first three seasons can currently be seen on Paramount+.

Akiva Goldsman and Henry Alonso Myers are the co-showrunners for Star Trek: Strange New Worlds. Executive producers for season four include Goldsman, Myers, Mount, Alex Kurtzman, Aaron Baiers, Dana Horgan, Alan McElroy, Robbie Thompson, Frank Siracusa, John Weber, Chris Fisher, Rod Roddenberry, and Trevor Roth.
