Anaheim Ducks Day returned to the Disneyland Resort on Sunday, February 22, 2026. Thousands of fans of the Anaheim Ducks flew to Disney California Adventure for a celebration of the local NHL team. The day included activities, merchandise, the opportunity to meet players for a photo, a chance to take a picture with Wild Wing, special treats, a rally, and a live podcast recording with DJ Jojo.

Wristbands and Locker Room
Before the park opened, hundreds of guests had already lined up in hopes of getting a coveted wristband that would allow them to get a photo with the Anaheim Ducks players. The wristbands disappeared very quickly once distribution began. Then the focus point became merchandise. The area in the queue of the Hyperion Theater became the “Locker Room” with games and activities, the merchandise, photo opportunities, and no shortage of energy. Throughout the day, the Ducks Power Players also made appearances. There was also an incredibly long line for the event merchandise, which progressively sold out throughout the day.

Magic Key Giveaway
For Magic Key holders, a giveaway was held at the Kingswell Shop on Buena Vista Street. The line for the special Anaheim Ducks Day beverage holder swelled throughout the morning before ultimately running out.
Game Time
Throughout the morning, there were moments at the Paradise Gardens stage in front of Paradise Bay called Game Time! DJ Jojo led games with guests as they waited for the Take Flight Fan Rally at 1:30 PM. These games were a lot of fun and led to giveaways throughout the morning. Games and activities in the area also helped hype up the day and provide some more giveaway opportunities.
Take Flight Fan Rally
The Take Flight Fan Rally was the highlight of the day for Anaheim Ducks Fans. The area around Paradise Bay was packed with fans who were eagerly awaiting the arrival of the Anaheim Ducks. By the time the rally began at 1:30 PM, there were fans as far as the eye could see from the front of the stage. It really was impressive to see all of the Anaheim Ducks’ colors, flags, banners, and energy in the area.

The Take Flight Fan Rally really was an opportunity for the introduction of the Anaheim Ducks, the chance to see them play a whacky game, and ultimately take a massive group picture together. It was a lot of fun with a lot of energy and a lot of happy fans. As the rally wrapped up, the event pivoted to the opportunity for guests with wristbands to take photos with the players.
Later in the day, DJ Jojo recorded Spinnin’ It with JoJo on the stage in front of Paradise Bay. Elsewhere, Anaheim Ducks players could be seen going on rides, meeting with fans, and a couple of them also appeared on the podcast with DJ Jojo.
Anaheim Ducks Day is always a very happy day at the Disneyland Resort with exuberant fans coming to The Happiest Place on Earth to celebrate their love of the Ducks with an added dose of Disney magic. With it also being the final day of the Lunar New Year and the final Sunday for the Imagine Magic Key, it was a very busy day at the Disneyland Resort.
