Haunted Mansion Holiday has ended its holiday run for the 2025 season. Since Halloween Time began last August, Jack Skellington has made his home in the New Orleans Square attraction. The classic version of Haunted Mansion is scheduled to reopen on January 23, 2026. This is fairly consistent with the schedule that has been in place for the transformation of this attraction in recent years.
Daps Magic team member Steven stopped by Disneyland on Monday morning and took the following photos of the Haunted Mansion. This comes as the Disneyland Resort continues to remove its holiday decorations and gear up to focus fully on its Disneyland Resort 70th Celebration once again. Already, the Celebrate Happy Cavalcade and Wondrous Journeys have returned. Soon, Paint the Night will be returning as well on January 30th.

As can be seen in the photos, most of the exterior decorations remain as the attraction just closed overnight. These will come down in the coming weeks, leading up to the return of the classic version of the attraction.
Since 2001, the Haunted Mansion has been transformed into the Haunted Mansion Holiday for the Halloween and Holiday seasons. Each year, Jack Skellington and other characters from Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas take over the Haunted Mansion for this popular overlay. A highlight each year is the gingerbread house that is found in the ballroom. Here is a look at this year’s version of Haunted Mansion Holiday:
