Last year, it’s a small world with Groot debuted at Tokyo Disneyland. This version of it’s a small world saw Groot appearing throughout the attraction with other Marvel superheroes. The premise of this version of the attraction is that Groot is going on vacation on Earth with friends from across the Marvel universe, not just the Guardians of the Galaxy.
As guests float through the attraction, they will see quite a few other heroes from the Marvel Universe in different areas representing different parts of the world. This includes:
- Rocket
- Hulk
- Gamora
- Mantis
- Doctor Strange
- Wong
- Ms. Marvel
- Black Panther
- Ant-Man
- The Wasp
- Captain America
- Star-Lord
- Drax
- Captain Marvel
- Thor
The addition of the Marvel characters joins Disney characters, who can be found throughout the year in the attraction. The Daps Magic team experienced this attraction during its run last year at Tokyo Disneyland. Check it out here:
it’s a small world with Groot will be offered for a limited time at Tokyo Disneyland. Guests will be able to experience this version of the attraction from December 27, 2025, through June 28, 2026.
