The world is getting reintroduced to Bean Bunny. After being absent from the lineup of The Muppets since 2009, Bean Bunnie returned for Christmas Eve with Miss Piggy to wish the world a very merry Christmas on behalf of the Disney Vacation Club. Now, Bean has returned with Fozzie Bear to help ring in the New Year. In a new video released by The Muppets on social media, Bean is on hand to laugh at Fozzie’s jokes. Unfortunately (and perhaps predictably), things don’t go as planned. The result is an amusing and cute moment between the duo. Check it out here:

Bean Bunny and Rizzo the Rat recently returned to the lineup of The Muppets. This came after both had been absent for quite some time. They now have a new Muppet handler bringing them to life. Both characters are now being brought to life by Bradley Freeman, Jr. They will also appear in the upcoming The Muppet Show special event on ABC and Disney+.

Along with this New Year’s greeting, a new teaser for The Muppet Show will debut during Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest. A tease of this teaser was shared yesterday by The Muppets. It showed Miss Piggy all decked out for the big night and the big reveal. The Muppet Show will be arriving on Disney+ and ABC on February 4, 2026. It will feature special guest star Sabrina Carpenter.
