While the official Holidays at the Disneyland Resort begins on November 14, 2025 and continues through January 7, 2026, some of the holidays got started early on Thursday. Over in Fantasyland, it’s a small world Holiday opened a day before the official start of the holidays on Thursday morning. This holiday classic sees the attraction add some Christmas tunes to the theme song that was written by the Sherman Brothers.

One question that has been asked by people ahead of the holiday overlay this year is if the new third verse of it’s a small world that debuted earlier this year would be a part of the attraction. It is not. Instead, the kids are singing the theme song, Deck the Halls, and Jingle Bells, just like in previous years.

Because the holidays don’t officially start at the Disneyland Resort until the 14th, the music on the outside of it’s a small world Holiday that is normally heard during the holidays wasn’t on. This made for a different entrance and exit of the attraction. The Daps Magic team stopped by on Thursday morning to experience this attraction. Check out the video here:
