Every day at Disneyland, the Disneyland Band is joined by Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Goofy, Donald Duck, Daisy Duck, and Pluto for a magical march-along. This starts with the Disneyland Band marching out from Sleeping Beauty Castle and performing Topsy Turvy from the Walt Disney Animation Studios film, The Hunchback of Notre Dame. Then, a medley of Mickey Mouse tunes is played, which leads to Mickey Mouse and his friends joining the band in front of the castle. All of this leads to the march-along Main Street, U.S.A., where they are joined by the Dapper Dans. Ultimately, this leads to a fun moment in front of Main Street Station in Town Square.
Since the start of the Disneyland Resort 70th Celebration, the moment in Town Square has included the theme song for the 70th celebration, Celebrate Happy. Now that the Holidays at the Disneyland Resort have begun, new tunes have been added to the March Along. As the band marches down Main Street with Mickey Mouse and the gang, the following songs can now be heard performed:
- Winter Wonderland
- Let It Snow
- TaleSpin Theme
- DuckTales Theme
- Chip ‘n’ Dale Rescue Rangers Theme
- Stand Out – A Goofy Movie
- Jingle Bells
After all of these songs, the Disneyland Band and the Dapper Dans perform Celebrate Happy while Mickey and friends dance in the street and interact with guests who are watching. After the moment, the whole troupe marches off as the band again plays Celebrate Happy. The Daps Magic team stopped by Disneyland to catch this performance. Below is a video of the full thing.
