Knott’s Scary Farm Debuts Two New Terrifying Mazes

Knott’s Scary Farm, a Southern California Halloween tradition for many fans, has once again begun its annual run. On select nights, Knott’s Berry Farm turns its focus from berries to scary. This year, there are two new scary mazes for guests to scream their way through. They were initially announced at a Nightmares Revealed event at Knott’s last month. Earlier this week, guests got to experience them for the first time! Daps Magic was invited to be among the guests getting to experience Knott’s Scary Farm on opening night. Below is a rundown of the two new mazes that debuted this year!

The Zoo

The first new maze is called The Zoo. This maze answers the question of what would happen if experiments on animal/human hybrids were to go wrong. This is a wonderfully terrifying addition to Knott’s Scary Farm, and at 11:00 PM, the lights go off! That’s right, after 11:00, only flashlights are used to light the way through this abandoned zoo!

Something has taken over the abandoned zoo. What was once a lively showcase of exotic animals has been transformed into a terrifying laboratory of animal/human experiments. Hybrid creatures have turned on their creators and the compound is crawling with mutant soldiers thirsty for revenge. Rumors are swirling that the mutated monsters are planning something that will change everything!

Mary: The Haunting of Worth Home

The second new maze is Mary: The Haunting of Worth Home. This is a welcome addition to Knott’s Scary Farm. It’s terrifying and plays off fears that many people have had at one point or another. This is definitely worth making a priority to check out. Check out the official description here:

After the tragic death of her family, Mary was violently murdered and buried alive by jealous townsfolk who were envious of her perfect family and home. Through immense pain and grief of her loss, Mary returns from the grave searching aimlessly for her family as she and her legion of nightmarish creatures will do anything to exact revenge on anyone that steps inside her once beautiful home.

Both of these new mazes are welcome additions to Knott’s Scary Farm. They continue to show the terrifying creativity that the team at Knott’s has when coming up with ways to make people scream! Knott’s Scary Farm is offered on select nights from September 18th through November 1st. Tickets can be purchased at Knotts.com.
