On this day in 2020, the two-part season finale of the ‘Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.’ aired on ABC. Its final two episodes were entitled “The End is at Hand” and “What We’re Fighting For.” ‘Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.’ was the first MCU television show released after Disney purchased Marvel. Its story lines picked up after the events of ‘The Avengers’ and mirrored the MCU films over seven seasons. Clark Gregg returned as Phil Coulson and was the only actor to appear in every episode.
