The Walt Disney Birthplace and Oswald & Sons have announced a new collaboration. Called the Born to Dream series, a cap will be released on Thursday, July 31, 2025, at 8:00 PM EST. The news was shared on social media and the Walt Disney Birthplace website.
“We’re all born with the power to dream—just like Walt,” says Dina Benadon, co-founder of The Walt Disney Birthplace. “From a young age, Walt imagined the impossible, and through his creativity and resilience, he changed the world. This series is about reminding everyone, especially the next generation, that they too are born to dream.”

The first release in the series is a thoughtfully crafted cap that pays tribute to both brothers…not only the man who dreamed of new worlds, but also the brother who helped bring them to life. With every stitch, this natural and blue colored cap tells the story of what’s possible when vision meets action.

This cap will be $38 when it goes on sale. This is a limited-edition release. If you want it, get it quickly when it becomes available on the 31st of July. At this point, it isn’t known what else will be included in the Born to Dream series.
This collection supports The Walt Disney Birthplace restoration project and CECCI – The Center for Early Childhood Creativity and Innovation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to nurturing creativity in every child, family, and community. With a mission inspired by the early lives of Walt and Roy Disney, CECCI exists to empower the dreamers and doers of tomorrow. Each purchase will help preserve the home where Walt Disney was born and also support programs that ignite imagination and foster innovation in children. This helps ensure that Walt and Roy’s legacy continues to be remembered and acted on.
