This is just in time for Disneyland’s 70th anniversary. The event is hosted by Disney Legend Don Hahn and former Imagineer Christopher Merritt. D23 Gold Theater – Encore Presentation of “The Happiest Place On Earth”
D23 Gold Members are invited to join us in celebrating Disneyland Resort’s 70th anniversary from anywhere in the world, with the virtual D23 Gold Theater encore presentation “The Happiest Place On Earth: 70 Years of Disneyland With Don Hahn and Christopher Merritt”!
This magical evening will be hosted by Disney Legend Don Hahn and former Imagineer Christopher Merritt, who also co-authored the upcoming The Happiest Place On Earth book releasing this July, which is also among our D23 Gold Member premium item offerings for 2025!
Join Don and Christopher as they take you land by land and share stories, rarely seen photos, videos, and more about the creation and early years of Disneyland Park. Throughout the evening, interact with fellow D23 Gold Members, and participate in polls and quizzes themed to the event.

- Supported browsers for PC users are Google Chrome, Firefox, and Opera on Windows 7, Windows 8.1, or Windows 10. Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer, and Amazon Silk are not supported as they are not compatible with content security and Digital Rights Management for this exclusive screening.

- You agree that no other person who is not a D23 Gold Member will participate in, or be present during, the virtual event.
