On this day in 1970, director, producer, and writer Leslie A. Iwerks was born. She is the granddaughter of Ub Iwerks, co-creator of Mickey Mouse and Oswald the Lucky Rabbit, and daughter of Disney Legend Don Iwerks. Leslie is known for her documentaries, many of which cover Disney.
