The Lion King Celebration parade was still running at Disneyland park in 1995. When it debuted in 1994 it marked the first appearance of “puppetronics,” larger-than-life-sized figures that combined puppets with Audio-Animatronics.

This card, #40, marked the end of the promotion, which was timed to coincide with the opening of Disneyland’s newest attraction, the Indiana Jones Adventure. Check back with us tomorrow for more about that.
