Disneyland Paris Receives Multiple Awards and Accolades in 2024

Disneyland Paris has had an exciting year. It has had new entertainment offerings, an expansion of its second park that is underway, and many other offerings for guests to enjoy when visiting. Throughout its parks and resorts, Disneyland Paris has continued to strive to provide excellence for all who visit. In 2024, it was recognized for these experiences.

Today Disneyland Paris shared the variety of accolades and awards that it received in 2024. Some of these are guest-centric and others are cast member-centric. Below is a look at these honors that were given this year:

CAST MEMBER EXPERIENCES

  • Best Employer – Capital

Disneyland Paris was ranked the third best employer in hospitality, tourism, and leisure by Capital Magazine, highlighting its commitment to providing an attractive and rewarding work environment for its Cast Members.

  • Most Attractive Employer – Universum

Disneyland Paris was ranked the seventh most attractive employer for students with a Bachelor’s degree by Universum, demonstrating its appeal to young talent. The company also received first place for “exciting and attractive products and services” among engineering students.

Individual distinctions also highlighted the talent of Disneyland Paris Cast Members:

  • Top 50 Theme Park Influencer List – Blooloop

Natacha Rafalski, Présidente of Disneyland Paris, was named one of the top 50 influencers in the theme park industry in 2024, as published by Blooloop.

  • Top Women in Tech in Paris – Women Tech Network

Francesca Vergara Caffarelli, Vice President of Technology and Digital, was recognized as one of the most influential women in tech in Paris by the Women Tech Network.

  • David Campbell Trophy – AICR France

Monica Cosson, receptionist at Disneyland Hotel, and Katerina Lagiou, receptionist at Disney Newport Bay Club, both ranked among the top five best receptionists in France as part of the David Campbell Trophy, organized by the International Association of Deputy Managers and Front Office Managers of Luxury Hotels (AICR).
