Anaheim Ducks Day is a celebration of the local NHL team at the Disneyland Resort on Friday, January 24, 2025. The event will see Ducks-related activities being offered at Disney California Adventure and the Downtown Disney District. Today, the Anaheim Ducks shared some details about some of the offerings that will be available for fans to enjoy during this day. Below is a look at the highlights of what will be offered on the big day:
Anaheim Ducks Day Offerings
Disney California Adventure
- Celebratory Cavalcade – This cavalcade will feature current Anaheim Ducks players and go from Paradise Gardens Park to Hollywood Land
- Wild Wing – The Anaheim Ducks mascot will be making appearances throughout the day in Hollywood Land during the day
- Fan Zone – In Hollywood Land there will be music playing throughout the day with several activities including:
- Test hockey skills
- Meet and greets (wristbands required)
- Learn to draw Disney ducks at Anaheim Academy
- Party with Anaheim Ducks Power Players and DJs including JoJo Maestrado
- Other activities
- Themed Merchandise
- Specialty Food and Beverage Items

At Downtown Disney District, there also will be multiple ways to celebrate including:

About the Ducks
The Anaheim Ducks were founded in 1993 by The Walt Disney Company as the Mighty Ducks of Anaheim. This name was inspired by the 1992 Disney film The Mighty Ducks. This was the name until the 2006-2007 season when the name was changed to the Anaheim Ducks.
Visiting the Disneyland Resort
For those who want to visit Disney California Adventure for Anaheim Ducks Day, both a valid form of admission (ticket or Magic Key) and a reservation will be required to enter the park on that day. For those who are buying a ticket, there is currently a Southern California Resident ticket deal and also a Kid’s Special Ticket Offer available for visiting the Disneyland Resort on January 24, 2025. These tickets can also be used to experience the Lunar New Year celebration (January 17 – February 16), Celebrate Gospel (February 8 and 15), and Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival (February 28 – April 21).
