Parkestry Rooftop Bar has announced its new Skyview Sips & Savor Summer Brunch Series. This promises to take brunch to new heights as the JW Marriott, Anaheim Resort offers brunch on the 11th floor on Saturday mornings. Parkestry has the highest rooftop in Anaheim and offers some incredible views of the Southern California horizon. The brunch menu at Parkestry offers specialty cocktails, non-alcoholic mocktails, and also live music. This makes for a wonderful way to kick off the weekend. The Skyview Sips & Savor Summer Brunch Series is an exclusive event that runs this summer on Saturdays from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM through August 31, 2024.
This specialty brunch offers live music and some Sky-High Specials like red velvet waffles, blackened chicken tacos, and even seafood towers. There are also Parkestry’s popular #GirlDinner combinations available. This pairs classic martinis with instagrammable menu favorites including charcuterie boards, Ceasar salads, and other shareable snacks. There are also an assortment of Skylit Sweets desserts to top off the meal. This includes beignets with espresso-infused chocolate sauce, a variety of seasonal sorbets, and also an oversized chocolate chip skillet cookie. This is appropriately named It’s Brunch Dough. Everything on the menu is priced a la carte.
Parkestry is a fantastic place to enjoy the summer. It’s full rooftop bar serves custom cocktail creations. This includes bottomless mimosa flights to help combat the warm weather. There are also michelada popsicles, and the Transformation cocktail that is made with Butterfly Cannon tequila to help cool off the days. Parkestry also offers a full menu of mocktail options that include Seedlip non-alcoholic spirits, alongside cold brew, soft drinks, and Fiji water.
