Daniel Diemer Joins Cast of Season Two of ‘Percy Jackson and the Olympians’ as Fan-Favorite Tyson

Disney has announced the addition of Daniel Diemer to the cast of the second season of Percy Jackson and the Olympians. He will be playing the fan-favorite Cyclops Tyson. Diemer joins Walker Scobell (Percy Jackson), Leah Sava Jeffries (Annabeth Chase) and Aryan Simhadri (Grover Underwood) as a series regular.

Diemer will be starring as Tyson, a young Cyclops who grew up all alone on the streets. He finds it difficult to survive in the human world. He is both shy and awkward but also has a heart almost as big as he is. Tyseon discovers that Poseidon is his father, which means that Percy Jackson is his half brother. With all of that, Tyson may also have finally found a home.
