Anger, from Inside Out 2, has arrived at Pixar Pier in Disney California Adventure. The character came as the Disneyland Resort is continuing to celebrate Pixar Fest. Inside Out 2 arrives in theaters today. It tells the next chapter of the emotions inside Riley’s head as she becomes a teenager. With new experiences and a bigger world come new emotions, which changes everything for the emotions that were seen in the first film.
Anger made his first appearance at the Disneyland Resort shortly after 9:30 AM. He is scheduled to make appearances from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Pixar Pier Band Shell. Daps Magic team member Steven and Mr. Daps stopped by to see Anger’s arrival. Below is video and photos of his first set.
Along with the arrival of Anger to meet with, just next door at Bing Bong’s Sweet Stuff there is merchandise from Inside Out 2. This included plush, apparel, toys, and more! This includes a new Inside Out 2 medallion in the Medallion Machine. Here is a look at what was there on the morning of June 14th:
There are other ways to celebrate the arrival of Inside Out 2 at the Disneyland Resort as well. Over at the Animation Academy in Disney California Adventure, guests can learn to draw Joy, Sadness, Anxiety and Anger. For hungry fans of the film, there is also themed food and beverage offerings along with novelties including the Anxiety Straw Clip. There is also a Disney PhotoPass Lens with Inside Out 2 lenses for those who purchase Disney Genie+. On top of all of that, Pixar Place Hotel also has three three maquettes of Anxiety, Ennui and Embarrassment. There are also panels of artwork from the film on the second floor of the hotel for a limited time.
