Trader Sam’s Enchanted Tiki Bar at the Disneyland Hotel will be offering a new DOLE Whip treat in a new Matterhorn cup.

This new DOLE Whip flavor is Coconut-Pineapple DOLE Whip topped with coconut shavings mixes with silver and blue edible glitter served in a Matterhorn cup.

MATTERHORN MODEL (1958) — Walt Disney reviews a model for the Matterhorn Bobsleds which opened in 1959 at a height of 147 feet.

Matterhorn Bobsleds opened as the first tubular steel roller coaster in the world on June 14, 1959. It opened alongside the Disneyland Monorail and Submarine Voyage as part of an expansion to Tomorrowland.. The mountain is modeled after the Matterhorn in The Alps between Switzerland and Italy. In its 65 years, Matterhorn has gone through several changes, including the addition of the Abominable Snowman. The Abominable Snowman was not part of the original attraction, but has been a fan-favorite since its addition in 1978.

Disney Eats is also getting ready for DOLE Whip Day on July 18. More details will be coming soon and Daps Magic will share them as they become available.
