Both the Disneyland Resort announced that they will be closing their parks early tonight due to the heavy rain coming across Southern California. Officials have been urging caution as the weather conditions deteriorate.
At the Disneyland Resort, both Disneyland and Disney California Adventure will be closing an hour early tonight. This means that Disneyland will now close at 10’:00 PM instead of 11:00 PM. Disney California Adventure will be closing at 9:00 PM instead of at 10:00 PM.
Knott’s Berry Farm closes at 5:00 PM tonight. It is unknown at this point if they will be reopening tomorrow morning as the rain is expected to be continuing to deluge Southern California in the coming days.
The early closures come as the Disneyland Resort has its Lunar New Year celebration and Knott’s Berry Farm is holding its Knott’s Peanuts Celebration. The Lunar New Year celebration at the Disneyland Resort continues through February 18, 2024. The Knott’s Peanuts Celebration will end on February 25, 2024. Those who had unused tickets for Knott’s Berry Farm today can use them until February 25, 2024.
