The release window for the fifth and final season of Star Trek: Discovery has been announced. At CCXP in São Paulo, Brazil, Paramount+ shared a clip from the upcoming season and also revealed that it will be warping onto the streaming service in April of 2024. The clip didn’t give away a ton about the upcoming season but did give hints at what to expect this season.
This season has been described by director and Star Trek alum Jonathan Frakes as “galaxy-wide treasure hunt.” He has also indicated that there are some Indiana Jones vibes happening as well. Judging by what has been shown so far of this season, there will also be no shortage of action sequences happening as well.
