BRASSERIE Rosalie

BRASSERIE Rosalie Opens in Disney Village at Disneyland Paris

New French brasserie welcomes Disney Village guests, offering them a unique dining experience inspired by the great classics of traditional French cuisine. This new concept marks the first step in the overall transformation of Disney Village, aimed at delighting guests with renewed and elevated experiences.

After almost a year of renovations, BRASSERIE Rosalie opened its doors on December 8, bordering the Disney Village promenade and offering panoramic views of Disney Lake thanks to its two terraces. With 348 seats as well as an outdoor counter, Rosalie adds a twist to the traditional French brasserie concept by offering a contemporary experience that is both refined and family-friendly.

Authentic French cuisine inspired by traditional brasseries

Open from 8:30 a.m. for breakfast until late evening, Rosalie will satisfy the taste buds of lovers of French gastronomy, with classics such as Burgundy snails, onion soup au gratin, avocado-shrimp cocktails, and a wide range of oysters and seafood. Among the restaurant’s specialties are the creamy lobster pot pie, the braised beef fondant, the Rosalie sauerkraut, the old-fashioned veal blanquette or the mussels with Chablis and Isigny cream. An outdoor counter adjacent to the restaurant also offers sandwiches, salads, fresh juices and French pastries to take away and eat on the go.

A refined and contemporary atmosphere

Operated and imagined by the Bertrand Group, in collaboration with Walt Disney Imagineering, Rosalie is an elegant two-storey restaurant. Its interior is inspired by the great traditional brasseries with a touch of modernity. Paintings, large mirrors, handmade murals enhance this bright and comfortable space. An impressive, motorized chandelier, created exclusively for BRASSERIE Rosalie by the Parisian studio, AC3, rises to a height of several meters and offers a welcoming visual animation for visitors entering the restaurant, with its mobile lights and color changes.

The exterior of BRASSERIE Rosalie combines textures in natural tones mixing wood, brick and metal, creating a contemporary, warm and dynamic atmosphere. It offers a glimpse of the new visual identity of Disney Village, whose facades will be redesigned from 2024. Finally, within the vicinity of the restaurant, extensive work was carried out on floors, surrounding greenery and lighting.

We are very excited for Disney Village visitors to finally be able to discover the beautiful restaurant that is BRASSERIE Rosalie. In collaboration with Disneyland Paris, we were keen to bring a touch of modernity to enchant this traditional and unmistakable place that is the French brasserie, and we can’t wait to welcome our first customers,” said Camille Fournier, Marketing Director at Bertrand Hospitality.

We are delighted to collaborate with Groupe Bertrand, which already operates two other popular restaurants on our site, to open BRASSERIE Rosalie, the first of the new exciting dining concepts that we will gradually offer to Disney Village guests in the coming years. The French brasserie has long been part of Groupe Bertrand’s DNA, and we are confident in the success of this magnificent dining destination, which offers guests authentic French cuisine – a first for Disney Village,” shared Jillian DeKunder, Director, Operating Participants at Disneyland Paris.

BRASSERIE Rosalie is just the first step in the transformation plan for Disney Village, a major area at the heart of Disneyland Paris, which will continue to evolve by offering new shopping and restaurant offerings in a brand new space that will continue to enchant guests.
