One day after reopening sales on Magic Keys, Disneyland suspended the sales of the Believe Magic Key. This means that now both the Believe and Enchant keys are currently only available for renewals. The Imagine Key and the Inspire key are still available for new sales. Disneyland stated that “Due to the incredible popularity of our Magic Key program, we have stopped sales on the Believe Key pass. While we know this will be disappointing news to Disneyland fans, it’s important that we help protect the experience for Magic Key holders and the value those passes provide.”
The reopening of new sales for Magic Keys was met with pent-up demand. Many people shared experiences on social media of waiting for hours on the Disneyland website before being able to purchase a new Magic Key. There are currently four levels of Magic Keys at the Disneyland Resort. They are as follows:
Inspire Key
- 6 park reservations at a time
- Free standard parking
- Disney Photopass downloads (coming soon)
- 20% discount on Genie+
- 20% discount on select merchandise
- 15% discount on select dining
- Blocked out between December 21 and January 1

The Magic Key pass was introduced following Disneyland Resort’s reopening from the pandemic. It replaced the long-running and popular Annual Pass program. The new system required reservations and has blockout dates for all levels of Magic Keys. It too is proving to be quite popular. While there are still new sales available for two levels of Magic Keys, they could sell out at any time as supply dwindles.
