April 22nd is Earth Day. With the arrival of this celebration of our planet, both Disneyland and Walt Disney World Resort chefs are concocting and creating different dishes that help celebrate. Disney mixologists have also been creating beautiful new drinks to celebrate our beautiful home. Take a look below at the offerings that are going to be offered at the two domestic Disney Parks in celebration of Earth Day. Which one are you most excited about?

Along with the Earth Day-specific treats, Disney Parks also offer plant-based options year-round. Plant-based options are tasty, but they are also good for the environment as they can help reduce one’s carbon footprint. They can also enhance biodiversity. Disney offers things like the Impossible Spicy Southwestern Burger at Disney Animal Kingdom’s Restaurantosaurus. The Liberty Tree Tavern at Magic Kingdom has the Impossible Revolutionary Meatloaf. At Disneyland in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, there is the Felucian Kefta & Hummus Garden Spread at Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo and also the Ronto-less Garden Wrap at Ronto Roasters. Disney California Adventure offers the Impossible Banh Mi at Lucky Fortune Cookery as well!
