Disneyland Band Celebrates Halloween Time with Seasonal Music

The Disneyland Band is getting into the Halloween spirit this year with some seasonally appropriate music for Halloween Time. On Friday, September 3, 2021, the Disneyland Band debuted some fun Halloween Time tunes during its sets throughout the day. Most of these songs focused on villains or those who could potentially be perceived as villains… or heroes?

The music drew inspiration from villains and perhaps less than savory heroes like Jack Skellington, Cruella, Ursula, and Jack Sparrow to name a few. While this music wasn’t played in full for each set, it started with their first set of the day at the Main Street Station in Town Square. This included some of their regular set with music like Welcome to Our Family Time, Be Our Guest, and also a Tangled medley. The set also included This is Halloween from The Nightmare Before Christmas and also Cruella de Vil from 101 Dalmations.

More Halloween music was also played by the Disneyland Band during their march down Main Street, USA set. For this set, they were joined by Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse. While they also played some familiar tunes to those who regularly watch the band. This marching set included music from villains like Poor Unfortunate Souls from The Little Mermaid, This is Halloween from The Nightmare Before Christmas, the theme to The Haunted Mansion, Who’s Afraid of the Big Bad Wolf from The Three Little Pigs, and the theme to Pirates of the Caribbean (because Jack Sparrow could borderline on a villain?), and Cruella de Vil from 101 Dalmations.
